Ezri Ellman has been playing pickleball since 2020 and competes at the 4.5+ level. He founded his own pickleball coaching company in Los Angeles, where he’s from, and has been instructing in New Orleans since 2025 . He studies finance at Tulane and is especially good at working with players from other sports backgrounds, drawing on their existing form and movement to translate familiar mechanics into pickleball.
Fletcher Carstens has been playing pickleball for over 4 years and he is a PCI certified instructor. Fletcher loves anything pickleball related and loves conversations about anything pickleball. He can’t wait to see how much the sport grows. A fun fact about Fletcher is that he is fluent in French.
Coach Neal Alsop has been introducing players to the game of pickleball since 2012. The former Sports Director for the Uptown JCC is a PCI certified instructor. He focuses on beginner to intermediate levels and has a passion for working with kids.
